We got the double room and it was well-equipped. The bed was extremely comfy, and it was convenient to have coffee/tea makers, fridges, and glassware. Location: the hotel was really close to the center of Chania, the bus station and a main old town square leading to the the old port/historic district.

Property was excellent, with amiable staff and perfect location in the city center. The deluxe triple room I had was reasonably spacious. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker turned out to be good.

The room is comfortable and excellent, comes with bathroom and TVs, as example...

The accommodation here is fantastic, with a great location close to everything you might need and lots of delicious breakfast options available.

My stay at Plaza 1866 Superior City Rooms was exceptional. The apartment was modern, clean, and felt like a home away from home. The central location made it easy to explore Chania and beyond, with convenient bus services nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my time there. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, right next to the bus station and a short walk down to the old port. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the staff provided helpful recommendations. Parking and transportation were easily accessible, and there were plenty of nearby cafes and shops.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Crete. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I loved being able to explore the old town and harbor, which were just a stone's throw away. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel may be challenging for those with mobility issues due to the number of stairs leading to the hotel entrance.

The facilities at Plaza 1866 were excellent - good coffee machine in the room, complimentary bottle of wine, strong shower, and good wifi. the location was also great, with easy access to both the old and new towns, walking distance to Neo Chora beach, and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. the staff were lovely and provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to help me when I forgot something in the room. a fantastic experience.

This hotel is a great option if you are looking for a place to stay in the city center. It’s conveniently located near the buses and car rental places. The decoration style is impeccable, and the room was spotless, with all the necessary equipment. It was a nice surprise to find that they provided complimentary wine as well. the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The hotel does not have an elevator, so you will have to climb up more than 30 stairs to reach reception and another 20 stairs if your room is on the next level. , our room didn't have any windows other than the one facing the hall.
